They will assign you so called dedicated billing and sales
agent who won't be available most of the time!

very poor billing support, when you need to buy servers they
will go against their policy and when you want to cancel
server they will trap you in their terms n conditions.

Billing agents will threaten you most of the time!!!

Support is awesome but when it comes to billing then it's
the worst company!!! Billy agents are RUDE and very
unprofessionals.

Will never buy anything from this company!.

FWIW, I'd like to say that SingleHop has provided me with excellent service for over three years. I began with their smallest dedicated server package and have upgraded/migrated several times - I currently have an 'enterprise' level solution and I couldn't be happier. The SH tech support staff is available 365/24/7, and I have had nothing but first -rate service any time I've needed or requested their help. I recently upgraded a server over the Christmas holiday and they provisioned my new server and migrated over 70 domains and 40fb or so of data in under 12 hours...that was from the time I placed the order until I was up... Read more
